Starbooque* Incubation Program’s primary objective is to assist early-stage “Star Quality” entertainers and start-up businesses with a target market in the entertainment industry, to develop and achieve your initial carefully defined career and business objectives that includes, but not limited to: entertainment target entry, branding, content, personal and collective development through active hands-on entertaining and field support experience, as well as to secure short-long term financial stable, initial management/representation, and high-impact visibility by providing resources and services that facilitate smarter and faster growth towards next-level success in the entertainment industry.

Starbooque* Incubator Program is designed to help struggling early-stage entertainers and new entertainment businesses develop into successful Star Quality individuals and businesses through collective and meaningful internal and external shared engagements.

 

We accomplish this goal through a comprehensive process that includes an on-going series of shared strategic and tactical meetings, a variety of entertainment and business development services, personal coaching, and other resources, such as mutual client networking and interactions, that’s designed to create a smooth transition to the next phase of successful growth opportunities.

Only entertainment-focused businesses are eligible to enroll in this program. Our mission is to help create and sustain a strong “initial and post development support” system for entertainers selected to participate in the Program and helping businesses grow to the point where they need to hire employees in order to continue operating and growing in the entertainment industry. With that being said, not every business is designed to create these types of opportunities for our clients, nor does every business entertainment owner desire to hire and manage employees. Therefore, companies seeking to enroll in our program must demonstrate their growth and support potential to assist our entertainers through an online application and completion of an Interactive Business Support Proposal for our review and subsequent approval.

Coaching

Starbooque* Incubation Program holds regularly scheduled, as well as informal, meetings with each client and business (in person or via conference call) to address individual strategic and tactical needs for sustainability in the entertainment industry. Starbooque* Entertainment will work with you to assess your entertainment career and/or company challenges and identify expertise and resources to address them. Referrals are made to relevant professional advisors and other sources of business and entertainment career assistance.

Starbooque* Incubation Program offers you an ongoing series of seminars and workshops on topics relevant to early-stage entertainers and entertainment support companies. A calendar of upcoming events is sent via email each month and is always featured on this website.

Get assistance with budgeting, taxes, and reporting issues from recommended organizations. Capital needs, as well as possible sources of capital, timeframe, structure of deals and alternatives will be discussed by Program management and other advisors as needed and required.

Starbooque* Incubation Program and other business service providers will review your intellectual and copyright property strategies. The Starbooque Incubation Program has a primary focus on “Relationship Building between Individuals, Clients, and businesses. How it works to build and sustain lasting relationships within the Starbooque* Family: example include, song writers, singers (music artist), producers, musicians, and engineers all work together on selected projects to produce final compositions for submission to industry interest and businesses support the efforts of the projects with specific services pre and post production of the specified projects thereby establishing lasting relationship up to and after “artist” moves on to next-level opportunities in the industry, thereby remembering these relationships within the Starbooque* Incubation Program. In short, StarBooque* Entertainment clients and businesses assist each other until we all achieve our stated goals and clients (signed to a record label of your choice), as well as early-stage businesses (representing entertainment clients capable of providing sustained financial resources for continued business growth) graduate from the Program.

Lasting relationships are in fact earned, and not a given.
