Once an "invite" is forwarded to candidate businesses, a specific date for Proposal documents (outlined and format indicated on left) submission will be included to schedule reviews of the proposal; the delivery date of documents is important and should be strictly applied to on-going business operations, as well as held in confidence of a smooth, timely, and comprehensive review process.
At the completion of the Proposal Review Process, (generally within 45 days of submission), notification will be sent to candidates with a final decision of the Review Panel. If additional information or contact with candidate companies is required, you will be notified and provided a reasonable time for submission or clarification of documents submitted for review.
